Sushi Infinity is a new Japanese restaurant located in the space formerly occupied by Mustard Café on the Alameda, near downtown San Jose’s HP Pavilion. The new restaurant is at the opposite end from the Chipotle Grill in the Morrison Shopping Center. Sushi Infinity offers an elegant high-end Sushi Bar and a roomy, comfortable environment for patrons to eat and meet.

Sushi Infinity features more than 150 selections of promptly made-to-eat sushi with an emphasis on freshness and culinary satisfaction, in addition to all-you-can-eat sushi at reasonable prices. Sushi Infinity provides a wide variety of both innovative and traditional Japanese hot food dishes. Delicious desserts are an enjoyable way to complete your meal.

Sushi Infinity is family operated, with Heng-Chen serving as chef and brother No No as operations manager: Their wives Doris and Monica work together with them in supporting capacities. The Hsu family philosophy is that each employee and each customer is a member of their extended family and to be treated as such.

At Sushi Infinity, Chef Chen combines his years of experience in vegetarian food and gourmet sushi in the preparation of his gastronomic seductions for both regular and first-time customers. Chef Chen’s dishes are not only made-to-order but also made-to-perfection, always finely executed and exquisitely presented.

The mission of Sushi Infinity is to deliver the freshest, high-quality sushi, while maintaining uncompromising standards with regard to health and sanitation.

We are delighted to play an active role in the community and to serve as a neighborhood kitchen for the many wonderful residents and visitors. Please come and enjoy our food. Comments and suggestions are always welcome!
